Questions people ask before they start
What exactly does the subscription include?
Everything in the studio: the AI writer, AI images, the voice studio, scheduling, the calendar, publishing to all your connected accounts, the media library, brand presets and the video wizard workspace. The only thing charged separately is exporting a video to MP4, at $5.00 per minute.
How is a video charged?
Voice-over and render together cost $5.00 per minute of finished video, billed to the second. A 30-second video costs $2.50. The amount is held from your wallet when you press Render and settled at the real length; failed or cancelled renders are refunded in full.
Why a wallet instead of a card on file?
Because most of our customers pay with InstaPay, mobile wallets or local cards that cannot be charged automatically. You top up once with the method you already use; the subscription renews from the balance and nothing is charged without money you put there.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, bank cards and mobile wallets through Kashier, InstaPay transfers and Vodafone Cash or any Egyptian mobile wallet. Prices are in US dollars; methods that charge in Egyptian pounds show the converted amount before you pay.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Turn off automatic renewal on the Billing page and the studio stays open until the end of the month you paid for. Nothing renews after that, and your remaining wallet balance stays yours.
Do you post in Arabic?
Yes — the interface, the writer, the voices and the video briefs all work in Arabic. The writer also handles Egyptian, Saudi and Gulf dialects, French, Turkish and Spanish.
Do I need my own AI account?
No. The built-in engine is included in the subscription with a daily allowance. Bringing your own OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, OpenRouter or Groq key is optional and removes our allowance for whatever that key handles.
What happens if a network refuses a post?
The post is marked as failed or partly published, the reason from the network is shown, and you get an email for scheduled posts. Retry sends only to the accounts that failed.
