Acceptable use
Last updated: 2026-10-10
Creaton publishes to real audiences on networks that can suspend accounts. These rules protect them, you and every other customer. Breaking them can lead to content removal, suspension or closure of the account.
Do not use Creaton to
- Send spam: unsolicited bulk messages, engagement bait, fake giveaways, or the same post across many accounts to game reach.
- Harass, threaten, bully or incite hatred or violence against anyone, or publish content that sexualises minors.
- Deceive: impersonate a person or organisation, fake reviews or endorsements, run scams or phishing, or spread misleading health, financial or election claims.
- Create sexual or intimate images, or voice clones, of a real person without their consent, or deepfakes meant to mislead.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks or privacy — for example by publishing someone else’s video, music or photos without permission.
- Promote illegal goods or services, gambling where it is illegal, or regulated products without the required licences and labels.
- Break the rules of a connected network, including automation and authenticity rules.
- Attack the service: scraping, probing, bypassing limits or payments, uploading malware, or reselling access.
AI and synthetic media
- Review AI output before publishing. You are responsible for what goes out under your name.
- Label AI-generated or altered media where the network or the law requires it.
- The voices in the Voice Studio are synthetic. Do not present them as a real, identifiable person.
Fair use of the built-in AI engine
The subscription includes a daily allowance on the Mersal AI engine for text, images and voice. It is sized for a busy person or team producing content by hand, not for automated mass generation. We may lower the allowance of an account that uses it in a way that degrades the service for others. Your own AI keys are not subject to our allowance.
