What Creaton is

Creaton (creaton.space) is a content studio: it helps you write posts, generate images and voice-overs with AI, and publish them to the social media accounts you connect.

What we store

• Your account details: name, email address and/or phone number, language and time zone.
• The social accounts you connect: the account name, its public identifier and the access token the network issues to us. Tokens are encrypted at rest and are used only to publish the posts you create.
• Your content: posts, uploaded and generated media, voice recordings and the prompts you send to the AI tools.
• API keys for your own AI providers, if you add them. They are encrypted at rest and used only for your requests.

How we use data from social networks

We request only the permissions needed to list the pages, profiles or channels you manage and to publish content to them on your instruction. We do not read your private messages, we do not sell data, and we do not use your content to train models.

Who processes your data

Text, image and voice requests are sent to the AI engine that handles them: the Mersal AI pool by default, or the provider whose key you connected. Sign-in codes are delivered through mersal.it. Posts are sent to the networks you choose.

Keeping and deleting

You can disconnect any account, delete any post or media item and remove any AI key at any time from inside the studio. To delete your whole account and everything in it, see the data deletion page.
