Nothing is ever charged beyond the balance you put in. Top up from $5.00; the largest single top-up is $1,000.00.
On the renewal date the next month is taken from the wallet. Three days before, we email you if the balance will not cover it.
Turn off automatic renewal and the studio stays open to the end of the month already paid. No exit fees, no lock-in.
You pay for the video you get — to the second.
A video export covers two things: the voice-over for that video and rendering it to MP4. Together they cost $5.00 per minute of finished video. They are charged once per export — not once for the voice and again for the render.
- Billed to the second on the length of the finished video.
- Generating and previewing voice lines in the wizard is part of the subscription; only the MP4 export is charged.
- Each export is its own charge. Render the same project again and the new MP4 is charged again.
- Videos up to 10 minutes long, 1080 × 1920 by default.
When you press Render, the length your preview reports is priced and that amount is held from the wallet. Not enough balance? The render does not start and nothing is taken.
The renderer measures the real length before the first frame. If it is longer than the preview said, the difference is taken too — or the render stops if the wallet cannot cover it.
A finished video is charged at its real length and any excess goes back to the wallet. A failed or cancelled render is refunded in full, automatically.

PayPal
Pay in US dollars from a PayPal balance or any card linked to PayPal. Credited instantly. PayPal’s handling fee is shown before you pay.
Cards and wallets (Kashier)
Bank cards, Egyptian mobile wallets and valU instalments, charged in Egyptian pounds at the rate shown at checkout. Credited instantly.
InstaPay
Transfer the amount shown to our InstaPay address and upload the receipt. Credited after we check it, usually within a few working hours.
Vodafone Cash and mobile wallets
Send from Vodafone Cash or any Egyptian mobile wallet and upload the receipt. Credited after we check it.
The fine print, in plain words
Is the price in dollars or pounds?
All prices are in US dollars and the wallet holds dollars. Methods that charge in Egyptian pounds (Kashier, InstaPay, mobile wallets) convert at the rate shown on the checkout before you confirm, and that rate is fixed for that payment.
What if my wallet is empty on the renewal date?
The renewal is retried for three days. Until then — and afterwards — your content, accounts and library are kept. Paid tools lock until you top up; a top-up renews the subscription straight away.
What happens to scheduled posts while my subscription is inactive?
Posts that fall due while it is inactive are marked as failed with a clear reason instead of being published late. Once you renew, retry them from the Posts page.
Can I get a refund?
Unused wallet balance can be refunded on request, minus any gateway fees we cannot recover. A month already started is not refunded, but you can stop renewal at any time. The full rules are in the refund policy.
Do you issue receipts?
Yes. Every completed top-up has a printable receipt on the Billing page, showing what the wallet received and what the gateway charged.
Is there a free trial?
Not at the moment. You can sign up, look around the studio, connect your accounts and fill your library for free; the paid tools unlock when you subscribe.
Are there team or agency plans?
Today each account is one seat with one wallet. Agencies run each client’s networks from the same account using brand presets. Write to support if you need more.
Do prices change?
We announce price changes on this page and by email at least 14 days before they apply. A change never affects a month or a render you have already paid for.
