Pricing, wallet and billing

Creaton has one price for the whole studio and one price for video exports, both paid from a prepaid wallet in US dollars. This page explains every charge.

The price list

WhatPriceHow it is charged
Creaton subscription$19.90 / monthFrom the wallet, once a month. Unlocks every tool: AI writer, AI images, voice studio, scheduling, calendar, publishing, library, brand presets, video wizard workspace.
Video export (MP4)$5.00 / minuteFrom the wallet, per export, billed to the second. Covers the voice-over and the render together.

The wallet

  • Open Billing & wallet, choose an amount from $5.00 to $1,000.00, pick a payment method and pay on the gateway’s page.
  • Card and PayPal payments are credited as soon as the gateway confirms them. Manual transfers are credited after we check the receipt.
  • The balance is in US dollars, never expires and is only spent on Creaton.
  • Every movement — top-ups, subscription months, video holds, adjustments and refunds — is listed under Wallet activity with the balance after it.

Subscribing

  • If the wallet holds at least $19.90, press Subscribe; the month starts immediately.
  • If it does not, use Top up and subscribe: tick Start my subscription when the payment completes and the first month is taken from the new balance automatically.
  • Paying early adds the new month after the one already paid. You never lose days by renewing early.

Renewal

  • Automatic renewal is on by default. On the renewal date the next month is taken from the wallet and you get an email.
  • Three days before, if the balance will not cover the renewal, we email you.
  • If the wallet is short on the day, renewal is retried for three days. Until you renew, the paid tools are locked and scheduled posts that fall due are marked failed. Topping up renews straight away.
  • Switch automatic renewal off at any time. The studio stays open to the end of the month already paid.

Video exports, step by step

  1. Before you render, step 3 of the Video Wizard shows the length, the price and your balance.
  2. Render: the price of the previewed length is held (taken) from the wallet.
  3. The renderer measures the real length. Longer? The difference is taken, or the render stops if the wallet cannot cover it.
  4. Done: charged at the real length; any excess returns to the wallet. Failed or cancelled: the whole hold returns.

Examples at today’s price: 15 s = $1.25, 30 s = $2.50, 60 s = $5.00, 90 s = $7.50.

Receipts

Each completed top-up has a printable receipt (number starting CRT-) under Payments & receipts. It shows what the wallet received in dollars and what the gateway charged, in its own currency, including conversion and fees.

Refunds

Automatic refunds cover failed, cancelled and shorter-than-previewed videos. Unused balance can be refunded on request within 90 days of the top-up. Months already started are not refunded. The details are in the refund policy.
