What is Creaton?

An AI content studio and social media scheduler: write posts, generate images and voice-overs, build MP4 videos, and publish or schedule them to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and Telegram from one place.

Is it available in Arabic?

Yes. The interface, the writer, the voices and the video briefs all work in Arabic, with Egyptian, Saudi and Gulf dialects in the writer.

Who is behind Creaton?

Creaton is built by the team behind Mersal (mersal.it), which also provides its sign-in, email delivery, payment gateways and AI engine.

Pricing

How much does it cost?

$19.90 a month for the whole studio, plus $5.00 per minute for each MP4 video you export.

Is the video price for the voice-over or the render?

Both together. A voice-over and the render of the same video are charged once, per minute of the finished video.

Why do I pay through a wallet?

So you can pay with the method you already use — including InstaPay and mobile wallets that cannot be charged automatically — and never be charged more than you put in.

Does unused balance expire?

No. It stays in your wallet while your account is open, and can be refunded on request within 90 days of the top-up.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Turn off automatic renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid month.

Publishing

Will Creaton post twice if I retry?

No. Retry only sends to the accounts that failed.

Can I post Instagram Stories or Reels?

Creaton publishes feed posts with images or a video to Instagram. Videos you publish there are handled as Reels by Instagram.

Can I schedule in another time zone?

Change your time zone in Settings; scheduled times use it.

AI

Do you train AI on my content?

No. Your content is not used to train models and is never sold.

Can I use my own OpenAI or Gemini key?

Yes, in AI accounts. Requests on your key are billed by your provider and do not count against our allowance.

Who owns what I create?

You do. You are also responsible for checking it before you publish it.
