Media library

The library holds everything you upload or create — images, videos, audio, AI images, voice takes and rendered videos — ready to attach to a post.

What goes in

• Uploads: images up to 12 MB, videos up to 120 MB, audio up to 60 MB.
• From the studio: every AI image, voice takes you save, and videos you save from the Video Wizard.

How networks get your files

Instagram, TikTok and others fetch media by URL when a post goes out. Each file in the library is served from a long, unguessable link that works without signing in, so the network can fetch it. Do not share these links if a file is private. Deleting the file stops the link working immediately.

When a network only accepts JPEG, Creaton serves a converted copy automatically.

Housekeeping

Filter by type, attach from the composer with Choose from your library, and delete what you no longer need. Deleting a file also removes it from drafts and scheduled posts that use it; what is already published on the networks is not affected.
