Publishing from WordPress
Connect a WordPress site once, and every article it publishes goes out to your social accounts on its own — with its image, a text that fits each network, and a link whose clicks you can count.
Set it up
- Open Accounts → WordPress sites in the studio and press Download plugin.
- In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip and activate Creaton Connect.
- Back in Creaton press Add site, give it a name and copy the key. It is shown once; if you lose it, make a new one.
- In WordPress open Settings → Creaton Connect, paste the key, save, and press Test connection. You will see the accounts the site publishes to.
Choose where and how articles are posted
- Accounts — tick the pages, profiles and channels that should get every article. The plugin can change this for one article, or per category with its rules.
- Post text — a template with
{title},{excerpt},{url},{hashtags},{category}and{site}. Open “A different text for each network” to give a network its own. - Fits each network by itself — networks with a short limit get the title and the link, Instagram gets more hashtags and your site's address (Instagram captions cannot hold a clickable link), every text stays under the network's limit.
- Write a version for each network with AI — one AI call per article writes a post in each network's own voice. It uses your AI allowance (or your own AI key) and never adds facts that are not in the article.
Clicks and UTM
- With Count clicks with short links on, each network gets its own
creaton.space/l/…link, so you see which network brings readers. Link-preview robots are not counted. - With UTM tags on, the link carries
utm_source= the network,utm_medium=socialandutm_campaign=creaton, so Google Analytics shows the same split.
From WordPress
- The plugin sends an article a few seconds after it is published, retries by itself if your site cannot reach Creaton, and never sends the same article twice.
- In the article editor you can skip social for one article, pick its accounts, write its text, preview it per network, or schedule it for later.
- The plugin updates itself from Creaton like any other WordPress plugin.
Publishing needs an active subscription. While it has lapsed, the plugin is told so and nothing is posted; articles published meanwhile can be resent from the plugin after you renew.
